Additional document types including PAT testing, legionella risk assessments, smoke and CO alarm records and fire risk assessments can be stored in your document vault, with compliance tracking for HMO and furnished properties.
Yes. The Renters' Rights Act 2025 introduced tighter compliance obligations for UK landlords, including stricter enforcement of EPC requirements, changes to tenancy rules and increased council powers. Tenancy Tracker is updated to reflect all current requirements and we notify users whenever legislation changes.
When you upload a certificate PDF or image, our AI automatically reads the document and extracts the expiry date. You review and confirm the details — no manual data entry required. It works with all major UK certificate formats.
A dedicated letting agent tier is coming soon. In the meantime, Agent plan users can manage unlimited properties. Get in touch if you manage a large portfolio and we'll work something out.
ll data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are ICO registered and GDPR compliant. Your data is stored on servers based in Ireland and the UK — both fully within the GDPR framework. Your documents are never used for any purpose other than providing the service. You can export or delete all your data at any time.
At the end of your trial you'll be asked to choose a plan. No obligation and no card required to start. If you decide not to continue, your data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
